Saint-Petersburg Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continues investigating a criminal case against CEO of OOO Veter Stranstviy (Wind of Travel) Lyubov Agafonova opened under part 4 of article 159 of the RF Penal Code (fraud on a very large scale).

The investigators have established that at night of 13 August 2014 Agafonova flew for the city of Riga, Latvia, where she is presumably still staying. The Investigative Committee strongly recommends Agafonova to show up at Saint-Petersburg Main Investigations Directorate, otherwise she will be put on an international wanted list and remanded in custody in absentia.
