The North Caucasian Federal District Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continues investigating a criminal case over murder of two people and arbitrariness aggravated by violence, open stealing committed in September 2013 in the city of Krasnodar, Krasnodar Territory against a local resident (paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code, paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 161, part 2 of article 330).

Earlier a court has ruled to put two individuals charged with arbitrariness and robbery in custody.

By the present moment, investigators jointly with the officials of the Main Office of the Russian Ministry of the Interior for the North Caucasian Federal District and that for the Krasnodar Territory during investigating and search operations have established that there were two more residents of the Krasnodar Territory involved in the crimes. The two men have been detained.

On 21 August 2014, during a search in a garage of one of the detainees located in a garage cooperative in Krasnodar, the investigators found and confiscated a lot of weapons and munitions, including several pistols and revolvers of different models. Necessary forensic pyrotechnical and ballistic expert examinations were fixed to be run on the confiscated cache.

The two detainees will soon be remanded in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
