The Investigative Committee continues investigating a criminal case over kidnapping and murder of a girl in the city of Tomsk. At present investigators and criminologists of the Investigative Committee in conjunction with experts and operatives of the Russian Ministry of the Interior and Federal Security Service are checking several men who might have been involved in the crime. They are carrying out a number of investigative operations and are running DNA and other tests to identify the suspect.

More details are not available in the interests of the investigation. In addition, the investigators continue investigating a criminal case over negligence of the staff of the kindergarten, from where the 3-year-old girl was kidnapped on 4 August 2014 and then brutally killed.
