During investigation of a criminal case over stealing of money allocated by the federal budget to build facilities of space launching site Vostochny investigators have requested and the court has ruled to place in custody former head of Main Office of Special Construction Dalspetsstroy Yuri Khrizman, charged earlier with embezzlement committed by an organized group on a very large scale (part 4 of article 160 of the RF Penal Code).

The investigators are also requesting the court to take in custody former chief accountant of Dalspetsstroy Vladimir Ashikhmin.
