The investigating bodies of the West Siberian Transportation Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a criminal investigation in a complete failure to pay two-month wages to workers of OOO Tomsk Avia airlines (part 2 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code).

According to investigators, in the period between 1 November 2014 and 1 January 2015, the workers of OOO Tomsk Avia airlines did not receive their wates for the period between 1 October and 31 December 2014. The total debt to the workers stands at 14 million rubles.

At present investigating operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the crime. The investigation is ongoing.
