Amur Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigating a criminal case against CEO of OOO DSS Roman Suvorov. Today he has been charged with a crime under part 3 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (complete failure to pay wages for more than 2 moths entailing grave consequences).

According to investigators, the accused while being head of the organization that performed construction work at Vostochny cosmodrome and having enough money, failed to pay wages to workers for January, February and the first half of March 2015. According to preliminary information the sum of the debt stands at about 3.5 million rubles.

Suvorov was detained in the city of Saint-Petersburg and then delivered to Amur Region.

Following a request of investigators a court has ruled to place the accused in custody pending trial. The investigation is ongoing.
