Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a criminal investigation against CEO of OOO TSK SeverSpetsServis suspected of a crime under part 1 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (three-month overdue wages committed out of mercenary or other personal motive).

According to investigators, the CEO of OOO TSK SeverSpetsServis did not pay wages and other leaving payouts to his workers in the town of Salekhard from January to December 2014. The debt now stands at about 6 million rubles.

At present, investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the crime. The investigation is ongoing.
