The Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened a criminal investigation in a crime under part 2 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (overdue wages for over two months).

According to investigators, in the period between September 2014 and January 2015, unidentified individuals from among top managers of OAO Glavmosstroy violated requirements of the Russian Constitution, labor laws and terms of labor contracts concluded with workers of the said company, when having enough funds they failed to pay over 76 million rubles in wages and other payouts to over 200 workers.

At present, investigative and search operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the crime and detain people involved. The investigation is ongoing.
