The Irkutsk Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee are carrying out a pre-investigation check in maltreatment of a disabled child by a teacher of children’s home No 1 in Irkutsk.

According to preliminary information, the teacher inflicted bodily harm to the boy because children had slightly damaged some property of the facility.

At present investigators are questioning the staff. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
