In the afternoon of 26 September 2015, the law-enforcement bodies got a report from the city hospital that a child had been delivered there from the city of Ufa with signs of poisoning. The Bashkortostan investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee are carrying out a pre-investigative check.

It has been preliminarily revealed that, in the afternoon of 26 September 2015, the father of a 4-year-old girl during an interval at the circus bought a 0.5 liter bottle of mineral water in the cafeteria. The girl made several sips and felt unwell. She was hospitalized in grave condition.

At the present time, the investigators are looking into all circumstances of the incident. The whole batch of mineral water has been seized. A number of forensic tests have been assigned. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
