Check underway in extremist article posted on Internet in Moscow

On 1 October 2015, Anton Nosik posted in a blog an article entitled “To wipe Syria from the map” which might contain information aimed to incite hatred and enmity to a group of people of a certain nationality.

The investigating bodies of the Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have opened a pre-investigating check in this report published in the media. Corresponding forensic inquiries have been assigned and a procedural decision will be made following the check.
