Warrant issued to arrest Amiran Georgadze for murder of four in Krasnodogorsk District, Moscow Region

The criminal case against Amiran Georgadze charged with killing four people in Krasnogorsk District (paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code) has been passed for investigation into the First Major Crime Investigations Office of the Moscow Region Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee. Investigators have already issued a warrant to prosecute Georgadze as the accused of killing four people in absentia. He is wanted.

In the near future the investigators are going to question Shota Elizbarashvili, Georgadze’s driver suspected of complicity in the murder. After the questioning, the investigator is going to request a court to remand Elizbarashvili in custody pending trial.

In addition, the Krasnogorsk District Administration and offices of Georgadze’s many companies are being searched. Documents and electronic data carriers relevant for the investigation are being confiscated.
