Today the regular annual charity bicycle marathon "Children beyond policy" organized by an endowment fund of the child physician Roshal (Charitable Foundation for assistance in providing medical and social and rehabilitative care for children with severe trauma and its consequences) with assistance of the Moscow Department of public Health and the Russia's Main Investigative Committee Department for Moscow is held in Moscow. 

The event was held in order to attract public attention to a problem of child's traumatism and to raise money for rehabilitation of children with consequences of traumas in the research institute of emergency pediatric surgery and traumatology.

Besides all the volunteers who did not remain indifferent to a problem of child's traumatism, more than 100 employees of the Russia's Investigative Committee took part in bicycle racing. Among them there is chief of the learning and educational work office of the Russia's Investigative Committee, Hero of the Russian Federation Sergey Petrov, the employees of the central department, Main Investigations Directorate of Russia's IC for Moscow, including Head of the Russia's Main Investigative Committee department for Moscow Alexander Drymanov, as well as the representatives of Main Investigations Directorate of Russia's IC for Moscow Region.  The following people have also taken part in the event: President of the Research Institute of Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology, of the Public Chamber of Russia and of the Fund, Doctor of Medical Sciences Leonid Roshal, deputy mayor on issues of transport and development of the road-transport infrastructure of Moscow Maxim Liksutov, people's artist of Russia, laureate of the State prize of the Russian Federation, Art Director of the Moscow Provincial drama theatre Sergey Bezrukov and its actors.

At such events it's not the winning, it's the taking part. And a desired result is children's most soon recovery. Valuable prizes and commemorative gifts were presented to the winners of bicycle marathon.
