Today one of federal TV channels broadcast a report on dozens of residential houses in Samara being in an emergency state and featuring leaky roofs, mold, etc. In particular, a senior resident of the house reported that her health worsened due to humidity. Despite numerous complaints of the citizens, authorities refuse to deal with renovation works and the utility management company responsible for these houses cannot be reached by residents. The invited experts of the All-Russia People’s Front confirmed all problems claimed by the residents of the emergency dwellings

The Samara Regional Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation immediately launched a pre-investigative probe into the violation of the rights of the residents; the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Central Office to supervise the progress and the results of the pre-investigative probe.
