On 24 November the investigations department of the Russia’s Investigative Committee held a meeting of power agencies involved in investigating a criminal case over 21 November murder of Vyacheslav Trukhachov, Deputy Chief Designer of state unitary enterprise Instrument Engineering Design Bureau a branch of Central Design and Research Bureau of sports hunting rifle.

At the end of the meeting the participants decided to post on the website Tula Region Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs a video of surveillance camera, which registered the murder and the killer to find witnesses and people having any information about the killer.

The investigation brigade includes in addition to criminologists of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee a specialist who is interrogating people with the use of a lie detector in order to clarify the issues investigators are interested in.

Investigators are working round-the-clock, interrogating witnesses of the crime.
