The qualifying board of judges of the Kirov Region has granted the request of the Russia’s Investigative Committee to start a criminal proceeding against a judge - chairman of Vyatkopolyansky district court in Kirov Region over signs of a crime under part 6 of article 290 of the RF Criminal Code (bribery).

After the decision of the qualifying board of justice enters in legal force, the Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee will decide on opening the case against the judge.
