Victims in criminal investigation against heads of limited partnership "Social Initiative and Co" may familiarize themselves with case file

Central Federal District Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation completed the initial inquiry in the criminal case against heads of the limited partnership "Social Initiative and the company", namely Karasev N., Moshkina L., Litovchenko S., Karaseva N., and Bykovsky A. They are accused of embezzling funds from individuals and legal entities under the pretext of investing in the construction of 12 buildings, located in the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region (Part 2, Part 3 of Article 159.4 of the RF Criminal Code, Paragraphs "a, b" of Part 4 of Article 174.1 of the RF Criminal Code). Victims in the criminal case are 563 individuals and entities.

Currently investigators implement the requirements under Article 216 of the RF Criminal Procedure Code familiarizing victims, civil plaintiffs and their representatives with the case file, in particular, materials on facilities located in Moscow:

- Multifunctional office complex at 49, Architect Vlasov Street;

- Complex "Children's Wonder Park" at Nizhniye Mnyovniki Street;

- Fitness center at Academician Korolyov Street;

- Complex at 53-61, Lesnaya Street;

- Residential buildings at 67A, Lenin Avenue;

- Retail pavilions at Lomonosov Avenue;

- Shopping and leisure complex at Smolensk Square;

- Office building at 10A, Ivan Franko Street;

and in Moscow region:

- Residential buildings located in the town of Solnechnogorsk in "Rekintso-2" Micro District at Ukhov Street;

- Residential buildings in the town of Yegoryevsk at Profsoyuznaya Street and in the fourth micro district;

- Residential complex "Moscovia" in Leninsky District, 23 km, Simferopol Highway;

- Multifunctional cultural and business center in the town of Krasnogorsk at Lenin Street.
