The Orenburg Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a criminal investigation into non-fulfillment of duty of a tax agent by top managers of OOO Ural Non-Standard Equipment Plant as a crime under part 1 of article 199.1 of the RF Penal Code (non-fulfillment of duties of a tax agent).

According to investigators, in the period between January 2011 and December 2012, the senior managers of the plant based in Orsk failed to act as a tax agent and did not count, deduct and transfer about 5 million rubles of taxes subject under the law to counting, deduction and transference to the RF budget.

All necessary investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the crime. The investigation is ongoing.
