A court has recognized the evidence gathered by the Krasnoyarsk Territory investigative bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee sufficient to convict CEO of OOO Kamarchagsky Mixed Fodder Factory who committed a crime under part 1 of article 199.1 of the RF Penal Code (evasion of taxes).

The court and investigators have found out that the CEO of the factory during 2012-2014 withheld from his workers the income taxes, but did not transfer the money to the budget. Over the said period the factory had to pay over 10 million rubles of income tax, but actually paid only 750 thousand rubles. The rest 9 million rubles the CEO used to pay contractors and to affect other payments.

The court sentenced the man to a fine of 100 thousand rubles and no custodial punishment due to an act of grace.
