Today about 6 PM, the police got a report that a private plane with a pilot and three passengers aboard had crashed near the village of Otvazhnoye in Kirovskoye District. The Crimean Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened an investigation in a crime under part 3 of article 263 of the RF Penal Code (breach of safety rules for traffic and operation of an aircraft entailing death of two or more people).

An investigative team is working at the site at the moment, the victims and the owner of the plane are being identified. The investigators are looking in all circumstances of the crash. The investigation is ongoing.
