The investigative authorities of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region have opened a criminal case against a foreign citizen suspected of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the RF (violent acts of a sexual nature committed against a person under 14 years of age).

According to the investigation, the suspect, who worked at a fast food outlet, committed a crime against the sexual integrity of a 10-year-old child.

The head of the department has instructed Acting Head of the Main Investigative Department for the Moscow Region, Ya. A. Yakovlev, to submit a report on the progress of the criminal investigation and the established circumstances. The execution of this directive has been placed under control by the central office of the department.
