Based on this fact, the investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia in St. Petersburg have initiated a procedural check.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Acting Head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in St. Petersburg, O.V. Bobkov, to open a criminal case and provide a report on the circumstances of the incident.
