The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia requested a report on the progress of the criminal case investigation into unlawful actions of a group of people at a nightclub in Primorsky Krai

Information has spread in the media and on social media networks that on the night of July 12-13, an armed group of people attacked a nightclub in the village of Andreyevka, Primorsky Krai. Several people were reported injured.

At the request of the investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Primorsky Krai, the criminal case of hooliganism by a group of people using weapons (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the RF) has been transferred to their jurisdiction, after which three suspects were arrested. The investigation intends to initiate the procedure of applying a measure of restraint in the form of detention.

The head of the agency instructed the acting head of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Primorsky Krai, E.S. Kasyannikov, to submit a report on the progress of the criminal case investigation and the established circumstances.
