Today a court has satisfied the request of the investigation of Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee and sanctioned putting Orkhan Zeynalov into custody as a pretrial restraining measure. In one of these days, after the investigating operations are finished, charges will be brought against him.

We remind that orkhan Zeynakov is suspected of murdering Yegor Shcherbakov (part 1 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code) at night of 10 October 2013 in Vostryakovsky Proyezd in Moscow.

The investigation is ongoing.
