The Krasnodar Territory investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a criminal investigation against a general practitioner of Krasnodar City Policlinic No 14 suspected of abusing authority (part 1 of article 285 of the RF Penal Code) and a forgery entailing considerable violation of state interests (part 2 of article 292).

According to investigators, the doctor has many times carried out medical examination of employees of different facilities. In the period between January and December 2012 she put in official medical documents knowingly false information on additional examination of 9 local residents, who were not examined in fact. Based on the said documents the state budget transferred to the clinic over 104 thousand rubles and the doctor received a bonus. Later police operatives revealed the fact.

Restraint is being contemplated at the moment. Investigating operations necessary to find out all the circumstances of the crime are underway. Investigation is ongoing.
