In Orenburg Region graduates of Young Investigator School get certificates

A solemn meeting dedicated to issuance of certificates on finishing the Young Investigator School to graduates of 2012-2014 has taken place in the assembly hall of the regional Investigations Directorate. The Young Investigator School of the Orenburg Region Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee was established in July 2012.

57 law students of the Orenburg Region studied and obtained practical skills of investigating job during 2 years at the courses of “Elementary investigation training” and “In-depth investigation training”.

The first final exam of the students graduating from both the Young Investigator School and their universities took place in 2014.

12 young women and men stood before the authoritative commission to demonstrate their knowledge of criminalistics, criminal and criminal procedure law. Officials of the forensic office improvised a training crime scene in the area adjacent to the building of the Directorate. That was where exam started with the examination of the crime scene. Then it was continued in the conference room, where the students answered theory questions and made drafts of certain procedural documents.

Students of the course “In-depth investigation training” demonstrated proper knowledge of their subject, which the commission evaluated as excellent.

The results of the School’s work are obvious. Two of its graduates have already been employed as investigators in the territorial departments of the regional Investigations Directorate and in the near future one of the graduates will also become an official of the regional Investigations Directorate.

The certificate awarding ceremony took place the other day. After announcing the order on the successful finishing of the course “In-depth investigation training”, Head of the Investigations Directorate Sergey Kolotov handed over standard certificates.

Mr. Kolotov congratulated the young people on their first serious victory in their lives, thanked them for good studies and wished success on their service.
