The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee for the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area continue investigating a criminal case against CEO of OOO Tekhstroy Stanislav Gusarev charged with a crime under paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 199 of the RF Penal Code (evasion of company taxes by putting knowingly false information in a tax statement on a very large scale).

According to investigators, in the town of Gubkinsky in the period between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2011, the CEO of Tekhstroy, who was in charge of economic activity of the company, deliberately evaded paying VAT and income tax by putting knowingly false information in tax statements. This way, he evaded to pay over 80 million rubles of taxes, which is a very large scale.

During the probe, the investigators have found debtor’s money on an account in OAO Sibneftbank. As a result of timely investigative and procedural operations the money was arrested and 83 million rubles was returned to the budget.

CEO of OOO Tekhstroy Stanislav Gusarev, born in 1969, is wanted. The investigation is ongoing.
