In Omsk criminal investigation started in illegal allocation of money from regional budget to OOO NPO Mostovik

The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee for the Omsk Region have launched a criminal investigation against unidentified officials of the state-operated Office for Construction of Transport and Hydraulic Facilities and against the Omsk Region Government suspected of a crime under paragraph “c” of part 3 of article 286 of the RF Penal Code (excess of authority involving serious consequences).

According to investigators, in March 2014, 200 million rubles was illegally allocated to OOO NPO Mostovik to loan up the company in a bank. The money was not returned to the budget.

Investigative operations are under way to find and seize evidence of the crime. The investigation is ongoing.
