Probe launched in Khabarovsk Territory against school staff suspected of negligence entailing traffic accident involving children

The Khabarovsk Territory investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have opened a criminal investigation in a crime under part 1 of article 293 of the RF Penal Code (negligence).

On 8 October 2015, the staff of a school in the village of Vostochnoye organized a bus tour for the 2nd graders, not having made sure that the trip was safe, namely if the driver had the license to transport passengers, including children and if the bus had safety belts.
