Officers of the Emergency Ministry and the Investigative Committee have worked together many times, shoulder to shoulder under most extreme conditions. We highly appreciate the courage and professionalism of our fellow workers who did their duty till the end. They sacrificed the most precious thing they had, their lives. Young, capable and promising they will remain a model of honest and dedicated service to their Motherland and its people.
