The Krasnoyarsk Territory Office of the Investigative Committee has opened an investigation in murder under Part 1 of Article 105 of the RF Criminal Code.

At 11 PM, on 24 May, a report was received that dead body of the 42-year-old editor-in-chief of the Ton-M newspaper with gunshot wounds was found in the bathhouse of a private house in Marks Street in the town of Minusinsk. Investigators are considering different options of the murder, including job-related ones.

Investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances surrounding the crime and to identify the perpetrators. The victim’s friends are being interviewed at the moment. The investigation is ongoing.
