Today Brest hosted a working meeting during which the Head of the Educational Outreach Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia and the Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus signed a Protocol "On Improving Interaction And Enhancing Cooperation Along The Service Lines".
The agencies have developed good working relations that enable them to develop cooperation in different areas of official activities including human resources. One of positive examples of such cooperation is use of the Russian Committee experience of organizational preparations for opening of historical demonstration centre "Museum of Preliminary Investigations".
Officers of the Investigative Committee of Russia work of suggestions for organization of participation of children of officers of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus in the annual contest "Young Investigator" winners of which are awarded with trips to recreation centres of the Russian Federation. Apart from that, plans for May 2019 include an International Scientific and Practical Conference and participation of the team of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus in the international five-a-side football tournament for teams of investigative bodies of participants of the countries - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States that will take place in Kazan.
Participants of the meeting noted that interaction between the Investigative Committee of Russia and the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus is constructive and has a long-term perspective.
