Social media reported that a developer in the Kirov region has not fulfilled its obligations in building houses. As a result, the victims, including families with children, were unable to improve their living conditions. The publication states that after people went to court to protect their rights, they began receiving threats.

In connection with this matter, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the RF (fraud). The transfer of the criminal case materials to the investigators of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov Region has been initiated by the prosecutor.

The head of the department has instructed the head of the Investigation Department for the Kirov Region, A. V. Vinogradov, to submit a report on the presented information.
