Body of 47-year-old Rabadan Kadiev was found in the morning of 3 September 2012 in the vegetable garden of house No 32 on Druzhby Street of dacha society Avangard in Makhachkala. The man was the owner of the house. Dagestan Republic investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee opened a criminal case over a crime under paragraph “g” of part 2 of article 105 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (murder committed by a group of persons).

Kadiev was missing since 19 July 2012. On 29 July 2012 Dagestan Republic investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case over a crime under paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 126 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (abduction committed by a group of people).

At present investigation operations are under way to find out all the circumstances of the crime. Investigation is to be continued.
