In Bryansk investigators visited their colleague - former minor captive of Germans in Great Patriotic War

May 8, 2014, on the eve of the 69th anniversary of the Great Victory, the staff of the Bryansk Region Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee visited Ivan Fyodorovich Protasov. During the Great Patriotic War he was a minor captive. In peacetime, Ivan Fyodorovich Protasov devoted his life to the preliminary investigation and the rule of law. He ended his career as the Deputy Prosecutor of the Bryansk Region - Chief of the Investigations Directorate.

Active officers of the investigating authorities visited Ivan Fyodorovich Protasov, congratulated him on the special date, expressed their gratitude, and presented flowers and gifts to him.

While in retirement, Ivan Fyodorovich Protasov began writing a memoir about his life. He wrote several autobiographical works, which are based on his working life. Some of these works, with the consent of Ivan Fyodorovich Protasov were published by the Bryans Region Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in 2011.
