Alexander Bastrykin held a personal reception of citizens on 23 June 2015 in Ufa. Over 150 citizens from different regions of Bashkiria registered for the appointment. Together with the Chairman of the Investigative Committee the reception was held by Vice-Chairman of the Investigative Committee Ilya Lazutov and head of the 3^rd investigations department of the Main Investigations Directorate Denis Kolesnikov. The Chairman reciieved about 30 citizesn of Bashkortostan from the cities of Ufa, Blagoveshchensk, Ishimnbay, Meleuz, Tuymazy, Oktyabrsky, Sterlitamak, Neftekamsk, Ilish and Alshey Districts.

The most of complaints addressed to Mr. Bastrykin during today’s personal reception concerned procedural decisions made over criminal cases investigated by investigating bodies in Bashkortostan.

During the reception the Chairman made decisions to dismiss three officials of Neftekamsk inter-district investigations department – the head, his deputy and a major investigator. At present a criminal charges of negligence are expected to be pressed against them.

In addition two officials of an investigations department of one of the districts in the city of Ufa were reprimanded.
