The woman is charged with endangerment under Article 125, failure to discharge the duties of bringing up a minor under Article 156 and burglary by a group of people in conspiracy under Part 3, item “a” of Article 158 of the RF Penal Code.

Following a report that several persons have used violence against an 11-year-old boy with disabilities the Sverdlovsk Region Office of the Investigative Committee has opened an investigation in extortion using violence committed by a group of people in collusion and on a large scale under Part 2 of Article 163 of the RF Penal Code. Those who commit such a crime are facing up to 7 years in prison and a large fine.

The Tula Region Office of the Investigative Committee has initiated criminal proceedings against vice-chairman of the Tula Region Tourism Development Committee Alexander Dushakov. He is suspected of an attempted fraud on a very large scale under part 3 of Article 30, part 4 of Article 159 of the RF penal Code. According to investigators, since 2015, Dushakov fraudulently received more than 1.8 million rubles from businessmen allegedly for meeting the needs of Shchekino District Administration. The suspect promised not to put obstacles to business. He could not fall through however as was held by agents of the Tula Region Office of the Federal Security Service upon taking 100 thousand rubles.
