Suspect detained in probe into overdue wages to over 300 workers of Murmashi section of ZAO Aerodromy Mosty Dorogi

Former CEO of ZAO Aerodromy Mosty Dorogi (AMD) Oleg Kolesnik, who is now the deputy CEO in the same company, has been detained as a suspect during the investigation conducted by the Murmansk Region Directorate of the Investigative Committee into the failure of top managers of the company to pay wages to their workers.

The suspect will soon be charged with a crime under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (Nonpayment of salaries for more than two months committed out of mercenary or any other personal motives). The investigators are also going to request a court to impose the restraint. According to preliminary data the sum of the nonpaid wages stands at over 30 million rubles.

Necessary investigative operations are underway, including those aimed to ensure that the employer meets their commitments to observe the right of workers to get paid for the labor guaranteed by Article 37 of the RF Constitution. The investigation is ongoing.
