On the afternoon of 4 April 2017, Vadim Tyulpanov slipped and fell in a health center in Kirovsky District of Saint Petersburg. An ambulance crew had to certify his death.

At present the scene of the incident is being examined by criminalists and forensic medical specialists. Investigative and search operations are underway to find out all the circumstances surrounding the incident. Necessary inquiries are being ordered to determine cause of death.

A procedural decision will be made following the check.
