Murmansk Region investigators taking steps to compensate for damage of 8 million rubles done to budget

The Murmansk Region Office of the Investigative Committee is conducting an investigation against CEO of a limited liability company located in Kola District charged with concealing funds and assets of an organization which should pay taxes on a large scale under Article 199.2 of the RF Penal Code. The company supplies inert materials.

The investigators have revealed that from 6 May to 12 August 2016, the CEO of the company made it look like the company had no money or assets to pay taxes.

During preliminary investigation the CEO compensated for the damage of 8 million rubles done to the RF budget. This way the investigators ensured that the damage was indemnified.
