Investigative Committee of Russia continues to establish circumstances of mass shooting in Kerch

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation continues to work over the probe into the mass shooting (Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia) in the Kerch Technical College on October 17, 2018.

The IC Central Office investigation team completed the initial examination of the crime scene. The exact number of the killed was established - 20 people (including Roslyakov), all of them identified.

Arranged are forensic, ballistic and other examinations, as well as a psychiatric examination of Roslyakov.

Searches were conducted in the residential units of relatives of the suspect, as well as in a rented apartment, where Roslyakov lived with his mother. Items of relevance to the investigation were seized.

The college director was interrogated; the interrogations of college teachers, witnesses, eye-witnesses and victims able to participate in the investigative activities, continue. A complex of other investigative actions is being taken to define the complete picture of the crime and its motives, as well as the circumstances that preceded it.
