The Moscow Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia is investigating a probe under Part 2 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of Russia (use of violence against a representative of authority). According to the investigation, on September 30, 2021, police officers escorted foreign citizens for deportation from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia, during which one of the detainees, with the participation of an accomplice driving a Skoda car, escaped. During the suppression of illegal actions and the arrest, the driver of the car hit the employee and dragged him by car several meters. After that he fled. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Moscow Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.A. Strizhov to report on the investigation of the probe and put the progress of the investigation under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
In the news release of one of the federal TV channels, a story was released about the poor-quality maintenance of elevators in an apartment building on Vernadsky Avenue in Moscow. Residents of the house, where families with children, pensioners and citizens with disabilities live, say that they were imprisoned due to faulty elevators.
In addition, information about possible violations of the housing rights of families from hostels on the Aminevskoe highway in Moscow was disseminated in social networks.
