The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia requests a report on the investigation into the bodily injury of a child in a school in Novosibirsk

The Head of the Investigative Committee, A.I. Bastrykin instructed the acting head of the Novosibirsk Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A.N. Badulin, to report on the progress of the investigation carried out on media reports into the case of a boy injured after being beated by high school students.

According to preliminary reports, schoolchildren injured an 8-year-old boy in an educational institution in Novosibirsk's Zheleznodorozhny district. The investigators are carrying out a set of assessment activities aimed to establish all circumstances of the incident. During the procedural probe an assessment will be made of the actions of school's authorities.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed the Central Office to supervise the process and the results of the probe.
