She does not agree with the conclusions of the forensic medical examination, which did not establish the guilt of the doctors, and she believes that the criminal case launched on the offense prescribed in paragraph "c" of Part 2, Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the provision of services that do not meet security requirements), is being investigated improper and the bureaucratic dysfunction takes place too.

Then he was taken to the Tchaikovskaya Central City Hospital by an ambulance. During surgery, doctors discovered a spontaneous rupture of the spleen of the patient, as a result of which he died. The parents informed the Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia that the criminal case was launched out of time. However, even now, according to the applicants, the investigation is conducted in an improper manner. They also disagree with the conclusions of the forensic medical examination, which did not establish a causal connection between the actions of doctors and the death of the patient. The applicants asked the Head of the Russian Investigative Committee to appoint an additional examination in a medical institution of St. Petersburg.
