A video circulating on social networks showed an argument between an adult male - a store employee - and a juvenile, whom the mentioned adault hit in the face by his hand and, forcing him to kneel and demanded to bring apologies to his son.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation instructed Mr. Shchurov A.P., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Yaroslavl Oblast, to report on the incident. The execution of the instruction is a subject to control of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
