The Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation are investigating a criminal case launched on the torture of a girl (paragraphs "d, f", Part 2, Article 117, Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In one of the social networks, screens of the brutal beating of a child were published, and the explanation says that the mother and sister of a young girl systematically torture her. Investigators are currently investigating all the circumstances of the crime.
Mr. A.I. Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, instructed Mr. Starikov A.Yu., Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow Oblast to submit a second report on the progress of the criminal investigation of the case, which is also a subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
