Another publication was posted in media, which reported on the inaction of persons responsible for providing heat and gas supply to a residential building in Krivoshlykovsky pereulok located in the Rostov city. On this fact, the Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Rostov Oblast are investigating a criminal case in accordance with Part 1, Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence).

Earlier, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia already drew his attention to the situation related to the violation of the housing rights of the residents of this house.

Mr. A.I. Bastrykin instructed Mr. A.G. Huade, Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Rostov Oblast, to submit a detailed report on the progress and interim results of the criminal investigation, as well as measures taken to restore the rights of residents. The investigation and its results are the subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
