The Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Kaliningrad organized a pre-investigation inspection on the report that three juveniles locked themselves in an apartment on the fourth floor of an apartment building in Kaliningrad and threatened to jump out of a window.
A little later, a video message appeared on the Internet, where the juveniles recorded, stating they had locked themselves in the apartment from their mother, who, according to them, systematically uses violence against them.
As a result of negotiations, it became possible to persuade the juveniles to leave the apartment, and investigators are currently working with them.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Bocharov D.A., Head of the Regional Investigative Directorate, to report on the detected circumstances. The inspection is a subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
