In the city of Samara, a driver of a passenger car collided with a bus parked on the road. As a result of the traffic accident, four people died, including three minor passengers of the car.

The investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Samara Region have opened a criminal case on this fact on the grounds of a crime under Part 5 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the RF (violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles that resulted in the negligent death of two or more persons).

The head of the department has instructed Acting Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Samara Region, A. I. Kolbasin, to submit a report on the progress of the criminal investigation and the established circumstances.
