On behalf of Alexander Bastrykin, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee, Boris Karnaukhov, the Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee for the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts, has left for the scene in the village Kushchevskaya, Krasnodar Territory. Criminologists of the central office have also been sent to provide practical assistance to investigative team.

According to preliminary information 12 dead bodies were found this afternoon in a two-story private house on Zelyonaya Street in the village Kushchevskaya. There were three children among the dead. At present investigative team has set out to the inspection of the scene and the bodies. The causes of their deaths are being established. Investigation and search activities are being carried out to define all the circumstances of the incident.
